The college prep football program is created for the high school football player preparing to play football or the current college player looking to take their play to the next level. The college prep program will allow an athlete to increase their speed, power, multi-directional skills, sport and position specific strength, energy system development and position specific skill development.
Middle School Performance training at XPA is a program designed to teach the middle school athlete some of the fundamental movements necessary for long-term development in athleticism. Our scientifically designed programs and training sessions will help each athlete develop speed, power, multi-directional movement skills, strength, balance and decrease the potential for injury through fundamental movement patterns and training systems.
Xplosive Performance Academy is the premier Off-season training facility for professional football players in the state of Michigan. Our performance training programs allow the professional football player to increase their athleticism through football & position specific training programs that will translate to the field. Through our individualized, scientifically periodized training programs, we increase overall athleticism while decreasing the potential of injury. Our program is based around a modalities and exercises to increase power development, speed training, strength, multi-directional movement skills, balance, dynamic flexibility, core development and energy system development.
High School Performance training at XPA is a program designed to increase the overall athleticism and athletic potential of each athlete. Our scientifically designed programs and training sessions will help each athlete increase their speed, power, multi-directional movement skills, strength, balance and decrease the potential for injury. Many athletes that have come through this program have received the opportunity to play their sport at the collegiate level.
Our High School Football Combine/Camp Prep program is for the high school football player looking to prepare specifically for the various combines and college camps that have continued to grow as a recruiting tool for colleges. This program will allow the athlete to test at a level higher than before. Instruction and video analysis will be used to teach progressions and drills. Drills include:
